I first became a client of MTS several years ago when my computer died and I had no idea how to resuscitate. I reached Randy late one evening and after trying to trouble shoot over the phone, he travelled to my home later that same evening (bringing with him
a new power supply and other hardware in case he can fix it on the spot) and after trying his best to revive, he concluded it was a motherboard issue and it needed to be replaced. He not only replaced the motherboard, he directly handled all the related warranty issues. He then returned the computer, reinstalled all my cables and made sure everything was working correctly. Randy continues to be very responsive in helping me in any software or other glitches that I encounter.
